  • How often are sessions, and how many are recommended?
We recommend beginning with a 5-session package, which gives us the time to build a tailored plan, track progress, and make adjustments. Typically, the first 2–3 sessions are scheduled about two weeks apart, and the remaining sessions are spaced out every 3–4 weeks, depending on your needs and preferences.
  • How is progress tracked?
Progress is measured in more ways than just weight. While weight can be one optional tool, it is not required. We may also track improvements through: Blood test results Increased energy levels Positive behavior and habit changes Improved relationship with food Physical activity progress Your comfort always comes first, and together we'll define the most meaningful markers of success for you.
