Hey everyone…i do admit i got pretty nice abs…but after looking at them when i was done lifting…it seemed that they were alot more cut like up and down…but not left and right…so it almost appears that i have three huge abs instead of 6 nice ones…any thoughts…workouts??

I think so, my sister stopped eating chocolate at the start of the year and she has lost 2kgs (not intentionally either). So i think if you eat quite a lot of chocolate cutting it out will help - as long as you don't replace it will the same sugar content - like lollies etc.
