Breakfast 8am- One bowl of sultana bran with no fat soy milk.
Lunch 3pm- A huge bunch of grapes.
Dinner 5:45pm- A lean cuisine beef thing with vegetables. 333 calories, I think it stated.
Dessert 7:00pm- A quarter of a pear.
Is this way too much.
