Answer:
Are you on birth control?? Birth controls can cause migraines, and severe ones can lead to stroke! Try talking to your gyno. You may have to change your brand, or get off of B/C

Another reason could possibly be that you're dehydrated. Drink at least 64 ounces of water a day. Do that for a while and see if it helps.

Answer:
drink more water if you don't drink a lot all ready. when you become dehydrated you can get the dull headaches. also you MUST schedule time for yourself to just relax and do something you enjoy. relieving stress is a key thing too. for the bigger migraines..seek a second thought. they have the ability to give you Imatrex or something else. until you get to another physician use Excedrin migraine…the stuff is great!

Answer:
It could be stress, it could be you’re exhausting your visual cortex by being on the internet too much at night, and not wearing shades in the day when you should, it could be a dental problem. Try meditating (if you haven't done so before, LEARN HOW!) when you feel one coming on. Check with your GP if there is no improvement. It could be something nasty.

Answer:
do you drink coffee and how much, when is your first cup? if you skip a cup it might be caffefine withdrawal , drink a cup of strong coffee with light pain killers it will take the pain away. caffeine withdrawal isvery real it's like having a hangover

Answer:
Diets high in sugars and starches can cause this problem, so re-evaluate your eating. Stress, tension and chemical changes can all factor in. I would get a second opinion.

Answer:
i had this my physician told me to try not to take any tablets as taking to many could make you’ve a head ache i started to cut down and it did work strange i no

Answer:

Answer:
It's probably stress. If you just try to relax every day for even a short amount of time, the pain should loosen up and might not even show up after a while.

Answer:
I think you’re drinking and eating too much caffeine. Your headaches will get worse before they get better. Once you stop taking in caffeine, I bet you headaches will go away.

Answer:
You have to visit a physician, could be stress, your bloodpressuree, or many bad things… maybe your are in time to prevent something worst, so don´t wait.

Answer:
Well, your symptoms sound to me as if you are having chronic migraine headaches. The nausea/sickness also is often associated with migraine headaches.

One of the ideal ways to get rid of them is sleep as well as a over the counter prescriptions. You may be overly stressed as well, find time to relax.

Even though it might just be allergies, they can also cause headaches, but not usually to such a severe degree of pain. Are you experiencing allergy symptoms along with your headaches?

Do you experience discomfort or blurriness in vision after wearing your glasses? You may have an outdated prescription, which can give you headaches.

Just to be on the safe side, I would get an MRI and an exam from your neurologist to be sure it's not a brain tumor.

I hope your headaches go away.
