my throat feels swollen and it sore sometimes and i looked in a mirror and theres a white bump or something and you cant see this in the picture but on the hangy ball thing theres a line like a sore take a look at the pic

Looks like tonsilitis. The white lump could be a 'tonsil stone'. Its hard lumps of mucus, which smell awful. If you can gently push it out with a clean fingertip and it smells like ****. then is is a 'tonsil stone'. They are harmless, but an indication of an infection - see your physician for antibiotics and maybe you will need to have your tonsils out.

Tonsilitus, My freind had it. You might wanna go to the doctor. They'll give you medication, or theyll take your tonsils out. My mate had white bits, she used to cough them up each now and then when she had it. poor thing..

To me it looks like an ulcer, the ideal trick i know how to get rid of it is by putting a spoonful of salt in a glass of water, gargle for 20-30 seconds and spit it out. Repeat until it leaves.

could be mono, i would go to the doctor asap just to see what it, could be strep too..which are both highly contagious so make sure you get to the physicians!! good luck
