Is it safe. I dont want to get like sick or anything. The last few days ive been eyeing up this red flower in my back yard. But it is like 3 feet tall and thick. it had no petals, but tiny turquoise bulbs leeching off the side. at night the tree gets like pulled back into the ground but when the sun comes out it slowly rises back out of the ground. It looks like a small tree but it has no leaves, its up to my waist, and its red with little bulbs on it. It looks DELICIOUS! but i dont know what it is so i dont wanna get sick and im not good with plants or recognizing what things are so i need help. Thanks. -Dan

Try to smoke it. If you feel good afterwards, put it in a greenhouse, make sure you grow lots of them and you're rich in a few weeks.
If you really want to know what it is beforehand, or you let someone else smoke it, or you go fetch an identification book in the library. World wide web sucks for finding stuff like this.
