hi everyone,
im 14 (girl) and this morning about 5 minutes before i was going to get up i felt like i was going to throw up out of nowhere. Then 2 hours later i threw up basically nothing because i havent eaten much.
Im here by myself and im drinking ginger ale….should i eat something? what? because i still don’t feel well at all…

Just lie down for a while until you feel better. Call someone to come and see if your ok

just listen to your body.. if its hungry it will tell you…and eat whatever you are craving even if its something like choc. because thats what your body wants.. i wouldnt force anything into yourself because then you would probably just throw it up and throwing up is going to do nothing but make it worse and exaust you

well my mom always gives me chicken noodle soup and i hold that down most of the time even if you don't want to eat do it because you could get worse and that wouldn't be good k so just try that and go see a physician and drink a lot of fluids be cause you could become dehyrated and that wouldnt be nice

eat something and then drink vernous pop it will make you throw up again and after that you will stop throwing up and you will feel like you never threw up this day (experience)
