This year was going to be the year I sorted out my health. I was going to remove majority of processed foods, and focus on cooking from scratch. Since Thursday I'm been eating right. Lots of salads, with spinach, and carrots and so on. Well, since I've started, I've been severely gassy, horrible stomach pains, and horrible breath. It's just not right. I thought when you ate health, you were suppose to have good breathe and feel good. Well, I feel awful. I called in work sick cause I was puking and had severe stomach pains. I was lying down with the heat pad all day.
Why is this?

I know how you feel, really. Believe it or not but this is all good news. Your diet is working and you are merely detoxing. The toxins have to come out, through your skin, breath, bowels etc and at the time it isn't pleasant I know. But this phase won’t last so please don't give up now. Usually after a couple of weeks you will feel a lot superior and all of that will have stopped. Drinks lots of water to help flush everything out, and exercise too because you will also eliminate toxins through sweating. This will speed it up. Better out than in as they say. Well done so far and good luck.

Your body is reacting to something new. You didn't anticipate to change a life style and not have a tiny trouble getting there did you? But how much sugar is on your menu yet? That is one massive reason for gas and one thing your body doesn't need. Also, how much water have you been drinking? It's nature's natural cleanser. But if it continues you might have something else that's been hiding and could now come out or be felt.

A sudden change in diet isn't good for you, thats why we always do baby steps. Its equivelent to a person who never exercised running the marathon, it an't going to be pretty the after effects.
For stomach pains, try eating less chilly, if thats the case. Gassy with stomach pains n bad breath could be a gastric ulcer. Need not be, but that’s something that it presents with.
Bad breath can be anything from, food stuck inbetween your teeth.
See if you feel superior with your normal diet, and slowly change.
Even if with your regular diet you feel bad, go see the doctor.
Its superior to get treated early, then waiting for complications and bills to pile up
