2 Moderate dehydration:
Very dry mouth membranes, Sunken eyes,
Sunken fontanelle (soft spot) on infant’s head.

Drink as much water as possible,(6-8 glasses or 6 single serving bottles) & sometimes sport drinks with electolytes Na (sodium which carries an electrical charge) , The cells of your body rely on electrolytes to carry the electrical impulses responsible for muscle contractions and nerve impulses to other cells. Without electrolytes, your body cells couldn't communicate efficiently, so having a sport drink when really thirsty quenches thist and gives cells a much needed boost also!
