Answer:
Why are you mutilating yourself?
Modest piercings are best. Extreme piercings will limit your opportunities in the adult world.
Employers want people who look normal. If you want to only work in the world of skate punks, neo-hippies, neo-punk rockers, Goths and freaks, fine. But think of when you are married with a family and need to help support said family with a good job with benefits, you will regret the holes in your ears and other parts of your body. You will also eventually regret those highly visible tatoos.
Let your ears heal back to NORMAL. Make an appointment with a dermatologist or plastic surgeon and have your ears fixed!

to add to this: the correct term is Gauging (as in Gauge), not guaging (which isn't an English word)

Answer:
I would just keep them in and clean them often and take ibruprofen to help with the swelling.
Answer:
I have no idea my self but dont just leave them out cos if they heal up before the infection it can cause serious problems, you should try a doctor or a profeccional piercer maybe,
Answer:
Guaging is stretching out a piercing (like when people have big holes in their earlobes)
If it hurt really badly, and swelled up, I would not keep them. It's really a personal choice- if you are willing to go through extreme discomfort to get large gaping holes in your ears.
Answer:
Don't know what guaging is, but the most important thing is to keep it from getting infected (if it's not already infected).
Clean ears with rubbing alcohol 3-4X/day. Twist around earrings so they don't get stuck. Try putting ice on them to reduce swelling & numb them some.
Take Aleve or Advil to reduce inflammation & pain.
Good luck
