the physicians stuck a tube down her throat to do something….im not sure to take photos or something….but my niece wiggled her neck a bit in anguish and the tube broke..so now its in her body ….she cant poop it out its just there stuck…..the physicians spent hours trying to retrieve it but couldnt…..so the doctor said,”well were going to cut u open for surgery anyways….so while we're at it we can go ahead and grab the tube..and if we still cant reach it we'll cut u so we can grab the tube out….So im wondering what are her rights….did the physicians mess up by allowing that tube to break off and stay in her body or was it my neices fault because she moved her neck in discomfort…my niece is 15 by the way…what are her rights or is that normal?

Answer:
I wouldn't worry about her rights, I'd worry that the operation is successful dummy.

Answer:
Normal complications, read your consents for treatment.
