Now & then ; I feel sudden death in sleep, but for only a few secs.
Then I'm relieved.
Any reason why?
Answer:
Most likely you’re experiencing something called sleep apnea. If you see a doctor they’ll hook you to a monitor and have you wear it for several days to monitor your breathing patterns. Many people fall into such a deep sleep that their body relaxes so much they stop breathing for a few seconds. You will wake from these episodes gasping for breath and possibly feeling a bit panicked. Sleep apnea can become serious if left untreated, your not getting real sleep if your jerking awake to breath. There is a treatment and you will be ok, but get an appointment ASAP!
Answer:
I don't think you really know what being dead feels like. Do you suffer from sleep apnea? That means you stop breathing for a few seconds and wake up looking for air. That does not allow you to rest enough during the night. Anxiety might also be part of the problem. Speak to a doctor about this.
Answer:
i highly doubt you “die” in your sleep because your body wouldnt be able to start itself back up. Your probably just fatigued…but you dont die.
Answer:
