Medicare advantage health plans 2009?

Does anybody know the key features of this Obama medicare plan for this year?

I wanted to know more about different types of Medicare advantage plans and also, I have heard rumors that Obama will scrap the current Medicare health plans.

Could somebody throw some light on this please. Thank you.
