Last night my legs felt sort of numb and they were twitching a lot. I've never felt any kind of sensation like what was happening then. It lasted for at least an hour and a half before I was able to make myself go to sleep. This day they still feel a tiny numbish but other than that there is no twitching. What could this be?

Answer:
its a muscle spasm and it is usually caused by delayed reaction of the brain and the circulation of your leg. im not a physician but it IS a muscle spasm. its not a health issue its something that is absolutely normal amd happpens daily to me. like when i fell asleep iin my bed i can feel my leg twitching and whatnot. now does this happen for long time or just a half secind?
