I pop my neck and fingers every day and some people state I will have problems later on. Can you help me stop.

Answer:
i do that too.But you got to know when to halt.

Answer:
habitual knuckle crackers are more likely to have hand swelling and lower grip strength attributed to stretched tendons. It can take up to 64 days to break a habit so it's not going to be simple. Try being aware or when and why you crack your knuckles. Maybe during a certain activity or in stressful situations, and then focus your attention towards something else. For instance, each time you try to crack you knuckles, snap a rubber band you have on your wrist. This way, you'll compare cracking joints to pain or anguish. Or give yourself a pinch in your palm. When you do crack your knuckles or neck, then you should punish yourself. I'm not talking about self mutilation, but instead slapping yourself on the wrists or denying yourself dessert. Do whatever it takes to keepyourself from cracking your knuckles. Good luck. Its a hard task
