I havent been able to sleep. haven’t been good to myself for a while and got a decent nights sleep. i probably havent went to sleep before 12, for about 5 years. Mabey a couple times but i can probably count them. my average bed time is probably 3 in the morning. I either sleep in or i wake up and make it to school. I really need like a natural supplement, or something to get me on track, any suggestions. Last night i went to bed and got up at 1pm. Im a college student so i dont have classes this day until later but still this is not working. it is not good for my body or my health. anything u can advocate?

Hi; You really need to get some sleep. Try having a good supper tonight, get a little exercise, and go to bed early. Tomorrow morning, get up by 7:00 am. Do some homework, go for a walk - just something to keep you busy until your first class tomorrow. Do not go to bed until tomorrow night. You need to get into a pattern of going to bed early and getting up early.
Talk to your professors at college if your missing classes and getting behind in your work - they might be able to help.
Go to the health food store and talk to them about a sleep supplement. Good luck . Let me know how its going.

I remember going through the same thing in college and I just had to keep myself in a pattern of getting up early.
