It couold be caused by stress, especially if you also suffer with headaches.
It might be that you’ve a weak bloodvessel in the nasal passage and the least bit of pressure/ scratch or damage - will cause a nose bleed. You might have to go to the physicians surgery to hacve it cauterised. They have the ability to do this in the surgery.
One word of advice, if you pick your nose - stop it as you are weakening the tissue and the vessels.

Stress certainly increases the chances of you getting them, but you’re probably more apt to them in the first place. If they don't go away after you get a chance to relax and get a bit of a rest, then go and see the physician - that goes for if it is inhibiting your work too.

hey, its no deal. its fine, some ppl have had longer nose bleeds than that. long nosebleeds are usually because of a clot, so u may want to take those out and then try to halt the nose bleed. also,i get nosebleeds on the right side of my nose usually too. so ur fine.
I used to get a nosebleed everyday when i had a shower. Someonetold me it was the rapid change in temperature which gave me a blood rush.

try Kalms tablets, always help me when im stressed. and drink lots of water because its your GCSe's drinking water keeps the brain hydrated and that may stop the nose bleeds.
