Lately I haven't been getting much sleep. Whenever I go to bed, I sleep for like 45 min, then suddenly wake up. This has been going on for the past two nights.

How can I fall asleep and STAY asleep for the whole night?

And without having to take Advil night, or whatever its called…

you’re stressed. relax by taking a wrm bath with low lighting, then maybe read a book.

DONT work out before bed - it willl not make you exhausted, it will make the blood rush around your body, which will make you more awake!

I know its hard but just try to relax - and go to bed a bit later. make sure the room is silent and totally dark too.

try working out late in the day so that when it is time to go to bed you'll be more fatigued. Also avoid caffines and high sugar foods and drinks for they can be a factor to why you cant sleep. and if you cant go to bed walk around and do some stretches or occupy urself until the urge for sleeping comes back.

You may not be as fatigued as you think you’re. Maybe try going to bed a little later. State now you're going to bed at 9. Go to bed at 10 from now on, but during that hour, rest and chill, by reading a book, listening to calming music, or journaling.

or eat turkey!! it'll make you sleepy.
