The problem is real bad, many times I can't wake up early in the morning, I need to go for jogging in the morning….
I put up alarms in two mobiles and one clock(that sounds really high) but many times I wake up late and when I check, someone has turned them off…. Since no-one comes in or go out from my room, it must be me, but I don't even remember when I do that. My mobile even ask for password which I give it in dreams, while sending an sms(in dreams)…..
I’ve even tried going to sleep early but results were breathtaking, when I go to sleep late, the chances of me waking up early are more….

Plz help me, is there any other fool proof way of getting up early???

what i do when i have to get up early is that i keep my alarm clock on the other side of the room, somewhere where i can't reach it lying on my bed, so when the alarm goes off i have to get up and turn it off, and i put like 4 alarms all on different corners, after the first 2 i get pissed and get up!

other thing what you can do is just what the native americans used to do, before going to bed, drink a lot of water (by a lot i mean 4-5 glasses) all at once, so your body will wake you up in like 4-5 hours to go to the washroom, hence waking you up!
and keep your jogging clothes ready, so that you don't give it second thought while taking out clothes.
another thing you can do is, when you get up, fold your blanket, so that you're not tempted to go back into bed!

sleeping early is only way out dear.. and i think you must gained weight.. so it might consume some extra bits of your energy. if you’re fat, then go n try to work out on your body, it will really help. and have some healthy stuff, means your meals should be balanced. don't eat too much in your dinner and breakfast. have some juices, vegetables (with roughage)… go and do this…it will surely work…

you know why you want to wake up early. reason could be that you want to study or exercise, do something great etc. so you should have that motivation and only u know how much important it is to you.
