any tips?? i need to work all night. and i cant feel tired tommarrow.

You need to figure out what time you need to wake up and then count backwards by 8 or 9… THAT is when you need to go to sleep…
So if you need to be at work by, say, 10:00 pm and it takes you an hour to wake up and get ready then you need to be asleep by NOON or 1:00pm.
Take a thick blanket and cover your windows…
Get sheets of white poster board and cover your windows…
Block out ALLLLLL the light… Drink chamomeal tea and take melatonin to help reset your body clock…
It doesn't matter when you wake up… As long as you ahve gotten 8 hours of sleep!!!

There is no way you can do an all-nighter and not feel tired. Your body and your brain can just do so much before they both run out of steam. Trying to jazz yourself with caffeine is not the way to go when you get this tired. You just get buzzed, but you're not thinking clearly.

My mom works overnights like every night what she does is get those 5 hour energy things and when she gets home she is like all jazzed up and drags me out of bed, she also exercises like all the time so the endorphins are like working overtime in her body, but i really suggest the 5 hour drinks, she takes them when shes starting to lag then she like super hyper so hope this helped.
