OK so my poop is kind of always softish and i never ger one of those firm healthy poops that I used to get. I eat really healthy . I poop like 4-5 times a day and I feel like what I eat just passes through and none of the vitimans are being absorbed . What can I eat to help the absorbtion and give me a nice firm healthy poop ?

Go on a good diet, eat regularly meals with enough roughage, make sure you’ve some protein with each meal. Have some natural foods which help digestion, such as Ginger, and have some pro-bioics - some friendly intestinal culture.

Eat loads of rice and pasta- that will slow things down.
Check that you dont have an intollerance to anything or that your not drinking too much.
