im 18 and im 150 LBS

i m 5'4 but im trying to end up my height with 5'8 or 5'9 any advice please tell me im tired of being short =[

MILK is one way. if you don't like milk, try to drink it with some cookies, brownies, cereal, etc.

try to keep your legs stretched much as possible,example, when you're sitting down at home, sit with your legs stretched.

when you wake up each morning, do some leg stretches; i found this the most effective way.

grab onto a pull-up bar and just hang there ^^ i don't know if this method helps, but it sure helps you stretch out your body.

play sports that requires you to jump frequently like basketball or tennis.

also try avoiding heavy-lifting.

pretty much… don't give your legs any resistance or restraints.

highly unlikely though that you'll grow any taller since by this age we're all pretty much fully grown; however there have been exceptions in life!

In the '70's there were these shoes out that even guys wore to look taller called “clogs” if memory serves me right.

After praying, go to a shoe store or a foot doctor (he might can order you some special ones, that's a tiny secret of mine since I have two absolutely different sized feet–left one is 4.5 in child's length, C in adult width; right one is 6.5 and A width in adults) {yes I suffered brain damage as a child which stopped the growth on one side of my body!}

Or just be happy as you are created! There’s a reason you’ve to be patient to learn.

As males usually stop growing at 18 you may have reached your peak height already. Further growth is possible but uncertain.
