Ok, I've had trouble sleeping my whole life, and until just recently I thought it was normal. It takes me hours to fall asleep, then I just wake up over and over and over again all through the night. I get hardly any sleep at night. I've talked to my parents about going to a sleep clinic, but I don't think they thought I was serious. Do I’ve insomnia? So what should I do?
Answer:
It sounds like you’ve insomnia, especially if you feel exhausted the next day. Causes could be the room isn’t very dark, or there is noise around you, or you’re worried about something, try to have some exercise an hour or so before you go to bed.
