if i were to run outta ciggies and roll one salvaging my cigarette butts, would that be any less healthy than smoking in general? Any downfalls rather than no filter?

Answer:
Nah, it wouldn't really make a damn difference.

And by the way, filters don't actually “filter” anything. They really started to introduce filters on cigarettes in the 1960's even though Boris Aivaz patented the process of making cigarette filters from crepe paper some 45 years prior to that in 1925.

But as far as filtering goes, it doesn't really make much of a difference other than reducing the harshness of the smoke. Filters were made big because you could hold your cigarette without burning your hand, no joke. They try to get it in people's mind that it actually helps reducing the amount of smoke and tar inhaled, but no, it's just to help keep your fingers from getting burnt.

Answer:
I do it all the time, but can't be much worse than the actual cigarrette itself, so don't stress.

But to give a real answer I doubt it would be less healthy unless you were sick when you smoked the cigarette and somehow the germs were on the tobacco.

Answer:
Its bad for you to smoke in the first place.
