I got the tip of my penis snagged by my zipper. injured pretty bad but i was wearing underwear which probably made it hurt less. i was able to unzip myself okay and there was no cut or bruising, it just stung. should i be worried or will it be alright?

The only major problem you might have is an infection IF the skin was broken. Otherwise just pain which should disappear in a day or two.
