I mean completely no energy to do anything. I have to make myself do the tiny bit of things I do. My heart has been checked, my thyroids, blood work has been done and it showed nothing. I was at one time very energetic, and now I’ve no energy at all.

Answer:
Depression is a very simple thing to slip into. It varies from extreme to mild depression. I was that way last year. All the stress and responsibilities add up and you just feel so lost/confused/helpless. Maybe see a psychologist? Or maybe you just need a good friend to just vent to and let everything out. Exercise is actually a way to gain more energy, believe it or not. Eating healthy, getting your sleep. Hope something helps, I'm on the same path you are.

Answer:
First of all (and im not saying you dont) You need to eat healthy, energetic foods. and if you do very little all the time then you will never have any energy to do more than that. So, withought hurting or overworking yourself. You need to do much more. You need to go on walks, jogs, go swim some laps. And the more you do, the more you will be able to do. Good luck!

Answer:
I concur with some of the other posters that it is possible you’ve

ME or a food allergy. But I’ve a question you didn't cover.

How do you feel emotionally? Are you depressed? Overwhelmed?

Our emotions have a lot to do with our physical being. If you’re normal emotionally then I would persue the ME or food allergy

probability.

Answer:
I went through the same thing a few years ago. I had all sorts of tests and ended up being diagnosed with depression. I felt 100 X superior after I started taking prescription meds for it.

Good luck to you, I hope you find the answer and feel superior soon.

I know how miserable it can be when you don't feellike doing anything.

Answer:
I'd state that you probably make an appointment soon with your physician and have him do some more testing and blood work that type of stuff until they can figure it out.. could be possible that your iron level is down or stuff like that.. best of luck

Answer:
Low iron levels. Low thyroid levels. Sleep apnea unknown to the patient. Drugs or other disrupters of the dream cycle. Overweight. Insufficient physical exercise. Insufficient mental exercise. And good old depression.
