So, I pulled a muscle above my knee. And now I can't bend my knee, and I can't bend down for anything at all because it hurts more. I'm not sure what to do. I can't even walk around properly because of it. What should I do?

Answer:
that muscle group is called your quadriceps or quads for short… I know your going to hate to hear this, but “rest” is going to be the only thing that heals this injury as with any pulled or strained muscle.

You can do moist heat compresses to help and of course taping it and using sore muscle cream (I.e. bengay, etc.) will provide some relief.

However for this injury to heal without re-injuring it, rest will be the ideal.

maybe even try massage….consult a massage therapist in your area.

Answer:
Soak it in some water and just rest it for a while. Try not 2 walk as much if u can help it. But if not then jus dont put a lot of pressure on it.

Answer:
tell your mommy
