My right arm feels very weak, sore, and the hand is cold with cold sensations going up and down my arm each few minutes. It also feels like it's going to sleep. What could be wrong with it?

I think I know, but I don't want to guess until you tell me what injury happened to it, if any?
Then you may have just pulled a muscle. Usually those symptoms are of cubicle tunnel syndrome, where you dislocate or injure your ulnar nerve. But since you haven't had any injury, it can't be that. Give it a few more days.
Maybe you slept on top of your arm? That'll make it sleepy and weak as well.
