Okay, I'm 19 and I just recently noticed that I'm getting spider veins all over my legs! They're not the nicest things to look at. I was wondering what they are caused by so I have the ability to prevent them from happening. Also, is there an easy way to get rid of them? And how do I prevent more of them?? Can tanning help? I also have a few of those really huge blue ones (only like one or two) that are starting to pop out, are they like the same thing and can I prevent those or make those go away???
