I'm sitting here at work/office desk job/ and all of the sudden I got really dizzy/tired.
I was stressed out from this moring and the stupid drivers but now I just feel…..like a numbing in my head.
A few months ago I got some kind of panic attack—I was sweating/felt buzzed[but had not been drinking at all] and felt like the room was closing in.
I have a family history of heart attacks but I doubt this is one.

I don't have pain just dizziness….

anyone else felt like this?

Answer:
If you’ve history of those things it could still happens?

Answer:
You could be suffering from low blood sugar or have a blood pressure issue. This is a serious condition that you need to go to a physician about. You could fall and hurt yourself or If this happens to you while driving you could cause a horrible accident.

Do you have any history of diabetes in your family or any eating disorders or weight problems? These can be indicators of the problems I mentioned earlier.

I hope you're ok. Have a friend drive you to the doctor if it doesn't clear up, but don't try and drive yourself.

Answer:
i'd take mini time outs throughout the day, practice some breathing n resting.Stand in a garden area or just picture one.I'd see a doctor too just to make sure.
it's hard to fully diagnose but dizziness can also be a sign of diabetes,id see a dr an get yourself checked out coz u dont wanna guess with this kind of thing.explain all ur symptoms and family history to the dr,and ask how to manage it eg types of food or medication to take and things to avoid.then go back again to have a follow up appointment with your doctor to make sure your on the right path. You may need a blood test to determine if you have diabetes or any other condition get a blood test to check for everything,n get regular check ups in the future.best of luck n i hope u feel superior soon,n remember it's just a job, don't stress ;)
