Does donating plasma often cause your blood to congeal? How long does it last?

Answer:
No. Plasma helps blood the blood of the person receiving it to clot but the donation has tiny effect on you. It does not cause your blood to congeal. If you do not eat or drink enough before donating, you may feel dizzy or light headed.
