i have pain in my upper back. it doesn't feel like a normal back pain it feels more like a deep pain. it doesn't hurt constantly only every once and a while ill get a sharp pain that only last a second or so. i just got over a bad cold a week ago and have been coughing off and on. could this be causing it?
Answer:
That sounds like a pain from a repetitive motion, like at your job or something. Friend of mine is a dental hygenist and her constantly having her arm up at an angle working on teeth, has caused her the same pain as you. If you're coughing is severe, you could expect aches around your ribcage area, not back.
Answer:
That's it right there! Report Abuse
Answer:
My girlfriend had this problem, it was her ribs out of alignment. I got a great book from a guy that taught me how to repair my lower back, for free. When my GF had the rib problem I got his book he sells and I was able to help her adjust her back! No chiropractor! She loved it, and now we work on each other all the time although you can do the adjustments on yourself.
He also has a free book if you want to check out what kind of person he’s. Highly suggested.
