so this happened once before, but everytime i move my right arm just maybe a little bit up and to the side, or to a 90 degress angle or something, i get sharp pains below my shoulder. im not sure if its my muscle or something cause im in volleyball and im the hitter so all i use is my right hand, but it hurts really bad and its not going away. is it cause im sleeping on it wrong?
Answer:
It sounds like a rotater cuff injury. If it doesn't improve in a few days I would see a physician. In the meantime, I would use a heating pad, take some anti-inflammatory drugs such as Ibuprofen of Aleve, and try to rest it as much as possible. This has happened to me also and usually gets better in a few days.
Answer:
well how long you might be sore. because if its happened before then yeah or you might have sprained it or just popped your shoulder out a tiny i recommend you go see a doctor.
