i don't remember doing any excersise,except for walking in the store,its both of them and they’re sore like you would get if you ran for a long time,its all the ways from my hips to my ankles!shat could this be?

Have you had your potassium level checked? Sometimes sore legs are a side effect. Try eating bananas to boost your potassium level, and taking a really warm bath to soothe the soreness. If those don't work check with your health care provider to have your potassium checked, they could prescribe a supplement.
