I am 14 and i have chronic back pain. i have chiari malformation.
i was wondering if anybody has some ideas for pain?

Since u r only 14 it may be hard for u to get into pain management……………i am also chronic pain person and i have to get my pain meds once a month and go to physical therapy twice a week…………..i have scoliosis and had to end up having my lumber fused!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NO FUN! Do NOT let them fuse anything unless it is a LAST RESORT!!! GL!!!
Answer:
It’s hard to say. Depending on the severity of the pain your physician might right you a prescription for pain medication. For years I’ve searched for cures or relief from pain. I suffer from severe chronic leg (and recently) low back pain. Nothing has really helped me. Now I’m on 3 different pain medications. Some things you just have to learn to live with. Sorry I couldn’t help more. I hope everything turns out ok.
