I'm having the same problem right now on my legs. They’re starting to swell now (about 24 hours later). I've been using aloe vera and it's keeping the skin cool, but not helping pain (in fact it hurts to apply). I've also tried two different sprays, one with benzocaine and menthol and one with lidocaine. Neither helps at all with the pain. What is bepanthonol and where can I find it??
Answer:
We've always used a wet tea bag. Use cold water & lay the tea bag(s) on the sunburn until they get hot. Seems to help & my children now swear by it.
