Will my friend O.D on advil?

my friend states she takes 6-9 advil at a time (she stated she took 15 once). she complains of pain in her lower to middle back. i want to tell someone but she would get mad at me and ditch me as a friend (she's done it to others). i want to help but i dont know what to do

I had this same thing happen to me in middle school - one of my friends was taking too many sleeping pills. I told the school counselor, and my friend got mad at me but eventually forgave me. It is very unhealthy what she is doing, if she is a good friend she will see that you were just trying to help. If she doesn't forgive you, she's not someone you should be hanging around with. You sound like a really good friend, you should have others in your life who are just as good to you.
Go speak to your counselor, or a instructor that you trust.

Yes she’s going to have severe issues from this. She’s going to kill her kidneys because advil is VERY hard on them. Tell someone, she needs help. if she ditches you as a friend, then she isnt a good friend anyway and she’ll no longer be your problem. But while you’re still in her life, you need to be a good friend and get her help. Thats what a good friend does!
