I think that the skin is spread too much, Its not deep but wide….
What should i do?

Answer:
The main reasons for stitches are to stop the bleeding and prevent infection. If it's not bleeding and it has been more than 8 hrs. then stitches will most likely not be done. The best thing you can do is clean the wound with peroxide(if its still open) and use a topical antibiotic like neosporin.

Answer:
1.Your ideal bet is to go to the physician and have him check it out. Because you’ll never know if its already infected or not. (RECCOMENDED WAY)

2. If you dont want to go to the physicians or do all the crap. Just make sure to put some neosporin or any pain killers would work but you didn't say it hurted or anything like that. So like I stated before you should probably go to the physicians….

Answer:
If you can't stop the bleeding, then you need to go see a physician. Stitches are usually used when the wound is deep but not wide. I think all they do for those is clean the wound, spray some disinfectant and bandage it up. All things you can do yourself at home.

Answer:
If you can see inside the skin I think you should go to the physician and let them make that decsion. You’re subjecting yourself to potential infection if you don't.

Good luck

Answer:
keep it moist with antibacterial medication
if any fat is coming out (whitish yellow) you need to go to the doctor so you don't have a bad scar

Answer:
