I'm nearly 20 and I've been having these terrible mood swings for the passed month and a half. I'm fine one minute, Irritated and yelling at everyone the next, crying after that because i either feel bad for being mean to everyone or just feel really upset over nothing, and then it starts all over. It is driving me crazy i've never had moodswing like this outside of the PMS range and that was only each so often. Not to mention my family has to put up with it and i know they’re at their wits end. Oh and i dont think i'm pregnant, i've taken like 4 tests and all have come up negative. What can casue mood swings like this? Are their any simple remedies i could try?

Answer:
you could have PMDD. post menstral dysphoric disorder, it is like a horrid monster version of PMS. or you may have hypothyriodism, it can mess with your moods and your body and casue yo uto have anxietey attacks and depression. either way you should go to a doctor and get your blood tested to see if it is your thyroid. if not go to the gyno and see if it is PMDD. i highly doubt you’re bipolar because those symptoms would have manifested in your teens and this is current. it is more than likely one of the two, more than likely your thyroid. if that is the case you just have to take a pill each day they’re prescribed by a physician and are at most $15,mine are like $8 but i take the generic, it is best to go to the doctor.

Answer:
Are you depressed or stressed out about something? Or you could just be lacking sleep and just feeling fatigued. On the medical side of things you could have a thyroid problem, on the extreme you could have bi-polar, but as I stated, that's on the extreme. My bet is it's one of the first things that I mentioned.

Answer:
i would look up bi polar disorder if i were you. if it's not that severe though, you could just be going through anxiety or depression. i've gone through it, and that's exactly what i felt like. look those things up, you could be surprised at how on point the symptoms are.

Answer:
allot of stress or being really really tired
