I think perhaps that you may be dehydrated and need to drink plenty of water and that you also need some fresh air and perhaps you may have low sugar level, check with a physician. Also you shouldn't take some medications that you’re not used to taking. As I took some medication once for the first time at work and I got a really bad reaction to it and went to hospital. Hope you feel superior!
