Hey,
Ha-ha, please don't worry about the humerus (funny-bone), it's very normal. We’ve two bones beneath the humerus, which are the radius and ulna. These are attached to the humerus by a hinge joint, which you can feel if you extend the arm. If you feel the elbow, there should be a massive bulge in the middle, and on the opposite sides two smaller bulges.
I’ve the exact same bone issue as you do. My joints click all the time (especially my knees and elbows, and I'm only 15!). This is due to the bones rubbing against each other (friction). It causes the cracking, clicking sound. It's perfectly normal (especially if you don't have enough vitamin D or calcium). Try taking cod liver oil, or Omega 3 capsules, they're supposed to help to soften the movement between joints.
If you’re really concerned, then I would go to see your GP (family doctor), they’ll analyze you, and tell you what's ideal for you.
Ideal wishes
