I have a really bad headache!?

i have this really bad headache and my parents arent home so i cant take an aspirin what should i do?
please help
i called my mom and told her she told me to put on an ice pack but it isent working so i have to wait 2 hours to take an aspirn!

Make sure you are hydrated. The ice pack thing works, if, you are in a quiet, and or dark room. What you should do is put on some quiet music, turn the lights off, if you’ve a sleeping mask- that always works for me, and just lay still with the ice pack. I promise it will help. But, if it doesn't, take a warm bath, and close your eyes. Hope you feel better.

well what you wantto do is have a large glass of water or milk, since its probally an early stage of dehydration. also you can take a swift nap, or put a hot flannel/dishtowel on your head. If its a migrane, your ideal to take a nap with a drink.
