I took 2 aspirin approx. 19 hrs. ago, but it advocates not to take more then that within 24 hrs. Is it ok if i take 2 more now being 19 hrs. later without fear of overdose? Please no rude comments.

What does it state on the bottle? I suspect that you can take two tablets each 4 hours, no more than 6 tablets in a day.
Don't take it within 4 hours of bedtime. Excedrine works really well because it has caffiene in it.
