I’m 12 years old and i need to lose weight but i prefer it to be in my Stomach and thighs… Please make suggestions for food to eat or not eat and Exercise directly for that

Cut out all the junk food items, stick to things that aren't processed foods. Fresh fruits and veggies, and whole grains with high fiber content are good sources of nutrients. As far as a work out routine…YOU ARE TWELVE…go outside and play! Unless you are obese you shouldn't be worried about fat in your stomach and thighs at 12 years old. Your body will fluctuate so much in the next few years, you are too young to be worried about these sorts of things!

All the physicians and food experts say targeted weight loss is impossible, specifically in the waist and belly areas, but I reached it with acai berry. limit yourself to two things that you think are bad for you a day and eat as many fruits and veggies as you can. Drink a glass of water before every meal and go for runs!
