And not look as fat. People state I’m skinny and it is like I AM OVERWEIGHT. They say I don't need to lose any weight and it's like WTF I AM OBESE. I’m taller than most people and shorter people are always jealous of me for some reason.

Us tall people are lucky =)

It's because the fat cells are streched out more when stood up, so you look fine, but when you sit down they all sink and you can get a gut.

Thats what happens to be anyways, and i'm 6'8, but i'm loosing it all starting monday!

you need to get your body fat percentage measured, then you’ll know if you’re lean or fit, or obese. I concur tall people can hide their obesity bettter than short people.

It is just distribued better around their huge frame, but if you feel weak or sluggish, have low energy, or not that much strength, those could all be signs of being overweight.

another good measurement is doing diameters of your body parts: waist, chest, arm, forearm, thigh, calf, neck

you can chart your progress with those measurements so you know if you’re doing something well, or if your exercises are not working

Yea, look at all the people who write in here asking how they can be taller! I'm 5'4″ and I'd love to be about 4 inches taller–just wasn't in the cards-ha!
