What are some easy workouts to do at home, if you don't have any equipment? Sometimes i don't have a ride to the gym but i still want to get a workout. And please don't say pushups or curlups/crunches.

Answer:
Anything that keeps you moving. stand and twist, get between door frames and push and repeat. walk up the stairs or step up and off a phone book. lay in the floor and lift your legs and hold and lower and lift and hold, repeat. Jive to some favorite music…go crazy.

Any time you are moving, you are using energy and burning calories. I move and jive in the car. Push on the floor and relax, lift you free legs, hold and lower. Tighten stomach muscle, hold and relax, repeat. I often do my face muscles by making strange faces and keeps my face muscles toned. Other drives look at you funny.

Answer:
hard work

But if you dont wanna do sit ups / push ups

Your hearts not in it

Answer:
HM, do a little bif od running on the spot. Those are easiest, they dont burn as much as actual running. but they do burn quite a lot. & you can also try do stretchng, most people dont know this, but stretching & weight lifting burns calories!

Answer:
Honestly, there isn't much to do besides that. Of course, you could do dips, squats, lunges, calf raises…

Answer:
dancing! and it's fun

Answer:
Yoga is good, it's slow and easy, increases your flexibility and clears your head. It's not as fast as some methods. You can do some cardio such as dancing to music you like, running in place, jumping rope, jumping jacks (see, I didn't say pushups), or anything that makes you sweat. If nothing else, just walk up and down stairs over and over, that's a very good workout and it's available almost anywhere.

Buy a couple of dumbbells and use them, they're cheap and portable and enough reps with even a lighter bell will ad up.

Answer:
Well man I can't say much, other than running and walking, push ups and crunches are your base of all working out. You have to do that.

Answer:
Jump rope!! I just started 3 weeks ago. I watch t.v. and jump at the same time and rest during the commercials.
