whats the best easiest and fastest way to loose weight?? i wouldnt mind belimia buttt i heard its super bad. and each time i try to cut down on the eating i dont eat during the week then the weekend rolls around and i pig out.. AHH! help

Just eat healthy and exercise (i know you don't want to hear this) instead of pigging out just eat tons of fruits and then do workouts. Since you’re a girl fat usually accumulates on your butt, hips, thighs, and stomach. So work on your stomach first (reverse,side,and regular crunches and leg lifts)

Your biggest mistake is you’re not eating…that makes your body stop burning and begin storing each time you eat….so eat 6 small healthy meals a day….don't be bulimic, that is beyond stupid….don't forget to do cardio..
