Last week, I was about 118 pounds. I just weighed myself now, and I'm 125. I'm so upset, I'm freaking out. I lost all that weight, and now I gained it all back in a three day splurge.

I run cross country (4-8 miles a day), and I'm 5'8. How long will it take me to get back to 115?

Please no mean answers. I feel SO terrible.

At 5'8 you should at the very least weigh 125. Please find a height and weight table that will tell you the least and the most you should weigh to be healthy. My daughter is 5'7 and weighs around 121lbs and the doctors think she’s anorexic. You sound like you’re very healthy and I'm sure you look fine. Too thin isn’t attractive. Be healthy and happy.

dont focus on weight gain, instead focus on how u feel about urself. and if u dont feel positively, try eating healthier and living an overall healthier lifestyle.
