I’m 28 year old girl from Sri Lanka. My height is 5'4″ and my weight is 64 Kg… I could feel that I’m getting more fat now… Earlier I wasn’t this much fat as I was only 55 kg in 2004. I am not in diet but my eating habbit is not so bad. Generally I eat 2 slices of breads (with margerine some times) for the breakfast and a cup of rice with curry for the luch and diner (I used to eat red rice with either a small piece of chicken or fish plus vegies) Being as a Sri Lankan I have the ability to not go for western meals for dieting.
I dont eat snacks, no milk, coffee or tea… I also stopped having ice creams and chocolates for the last few years. I’ve checked my thyroid level and its pretty much fine.
Meanwhile I’ve done my periodic medical tests last week. According to that my cholestrol and sugar levels are very low (lower than the minimum level), but still I’m fat… I dont have a huge belly, but my upper part of the body is massive (My sholders and chest are big).
I’ve been dong exrcises for the last few months (i did q trainer cycling exersise for hands and legs, then I walked for 30 mins in the eve, climbing the stair cases etc..), but I feel very exhausted and lazy to continnue my exercises now. I feel very weak now… How can I reduce weight with less passion… Coz I’m so fatigued and weak now… I have the ability to not reduce my meals rather than this level and I’ve the capability to not do much exrcise as well… But I still want to reduce my weight… Please advice me….

The best way to loose weight without loosing essential vitamins & minerals in body is:
1)Daily running for 5minutes and walking for 10minutes (more than this is not good for your (health) energy levels.)
2)30 minutes before you eat, drink little amount of water, it will make you less hungry and u will feel more active.(Once you get your desired weight discontinue this step)
3)Weekly once (Say sunday) morning before break fast take One huge glass of Lemon Juice - don’t use sugar, use Pure Honey.
4)Most important thing: DONOTS:
*Avoid Sugar- It isn’t at all good for health (Its Alternative is Dates powder/juice & is available in markets or u can use Pure Honey).Sugarcane juice & Juggary is good but not sugar.
*If you do desk work then do not sit continuously for more than 30minutes. Getup for a minute walk around.
* Avoid Milk products for time being until you get your normal weight.

I would suggest eating more lean protein and veggies. So I would try to include fish or chicken in many of your meals. Try eating smaller meals more frequently. I personally shoot for 5-6 small meals consisting of chicken,beef or fish and veggies. This will keep your metabolism boosted and promote weight loss. I think this will also help you keep your energy levels up to so you can go exercise and have the energy to go longer. Not eating enough is just as bad for fat as eating too much. Hope that helps!

chew gum because when you chew gum you do not pick at food for example if theres some chips in you're cupboard you go to them a think mmm they look good then you would state no i cant pick at them because i dont wanna throw my gum away
don’t eat after 6pm because before 6pm you can burn all you're food off and if you eat after 6 it will lay on you're stomach as you eat. ( 8 the latest )
don’t eat before you go to sleep
drink a glass of water before you go to sleep
don’t weigh you're self everyday because it torments you,weight you're self once a week ( each Monday )
become a vegan or even a vegetarian, why not it helps you're self, you're weight, you're health, the animals,you're skin, the environment basiclly its the best way to go.

& you cannot lose weight without motivation, so here are some motivation tips:
Sometimes keeping a food diary can help. Sometimes we don't remember how much we’ve snacked on during the day. The food diary can help you see if you are snacking excessively or help you see a bad habit. In your food diary write down everything you ate/drank and how much exercise you had done that day.
You can take a picture of you looking at your biggest and anytime you go to get some chips or candy look at the picture and then i can garentee you, you’ll put the snack back and go to the fruit bowl!
You can also buy a pair of jeans you love that don't fit you because they’re too tight then keep losing weight until they fit you.
Playing music more often really helps you'll find your self dancing around a lot more and having the energy to keep exercising,
