I’ve been really exhausted lately and I was thinking about getting a B12 shot at the doctors office its about $45.00 because I don't have insurance. I was wondering if you’ve had one and what did it do for you and how long did it last? What is the difference between that and the pill version…Would I get the same effects with pills (they are cheaper i think)…Thank you so much!!! XOXOX
Answer:
Unless you have been diagnosed with pernicious anemia, you don't need B12 shots. They will not give you more energy. If you feel you must take vitamin B12, take a pill - it's cheaper. But in reality, unless you are a pregnant woman who's been on a strict vegan diet for 20 years, you get plenty of B12 in your diet. Save your money
